Long story short, long time ago, I really wanted to try bake banana bread. Let’s be honest, it looked and tasted like shit. So I gave up on my dream – but just for a while obviously.
So when i bought a new recipe book (and the only one recipe book I ever bought) I needed to try it again.
And I SUCCEEDED!
Ok, true, I changed this recipe little bit – or more than that – but my dream came true!
Sure, it’s just banana bread, but I HATE giving up and loosing.
So I’ve decided to share this success with all of you 🙂
250 g of flour
100 g of cane sugar
6 g of baking powder
little bit of salt
170 ml of milk
1 spoon of coconut oil
1 spoon of olive oil
100 g Greek yoghurt
2 spoons of chia seeds
2 spoon of sunflower seeds
Prepare two bowls. One for dry ingredients and the other for wet ingredients.
In the first one mix together: both flours, cane sugar, baking powder, salt, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and cinnamon.
The second bowl put: 3 bananas, milk, egg, both kind of oil and greek yoghurt. Mix it together and when it seems smooth mix it together with dry ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 180 °.
Put the mixture to the bread form. Before you place it in the oven, do not forget to chocolate and cranberries. Sprinkle cranberries on top of the same as small pieces of chocolate. And for even sweeter taste sprinkle it with a little bit of vanilla sugar.
Bake it about 30 – 40 minutes for 180 °.
You can serve it with marmalade / peanut butter / whip cream or just as it is.
